No. Just auto crusade entirely.

On the top right of the screen there's a mechanical wheel symbol, click on that and select "Run the tactical combats automatically". I expect it's that.

I remember seeing that. But since I never used it, I assumed it is the option for the entire crusade. Or is it really just for the single battle?

I don't actually know. Hmm. Sounded like the battles only to me, but who knows.

I think that would be crusade automode in settings? (Automating the entire thing, I mean).

I just tested it. It seems that function does indeed pre calculate the battles. It does not per se auto them like you would expect. But you get an instant result which is to be considered the worst outcome as far as I can tell.

What do you mean? Automating them makes you lose as many units as possible?

From what I can tell, yes. The worst result possible in comparison to taking direct command.

Yea there is a feature that let's you auto resolve crusade tactical battles.
But in 90% of the cases you will not use it as it always ends in terrible army losses even if it calculates you will win.

I only completed act 3, but on manual I did not loose a single soldier during whole act 3 and I cleared all the armies on available map...
