Where in Drezen is the storyteller?

Looked for him but I can't seem to find him I understand that he's in Drezen but where exactly?

Start of Act 3. You need to find him via Dragon Hunt Quest first. Afterwards he is on the second highest level in Drezen, close to the Citadel.
