Pathfinder: Wrath of the Righteous - Enhanced Edition

Which mods do you recommend and why?
One mentioned that the current 1.1.0 patch was released as beta in consideration for the community's favoured mods. With so many improvements it is naturally more likely for the game to break by mods and modders needing more time to adjust them accordingly.

On nexusmods you can already find a whole bunch of useful and questionable mods. Among them probably the most popular one ToyBox, a successor of BagofTricks.

Do you use mods?

Which mods would you recommend to improve someone's gameplay experience, and why do you recommend them?

If you do not use mods, is there anything you like to see as a mod? Feel free to share which "mod feature" you like to see becoming eventually an integral part of the game

Same stuff most people here use. I use ToyBox to add troops in crusade to bypass this mode, respec on demand to tweak builds, and I like to run with more people than 6 to get more party banter and interactions. It is more fun to me that way.

The only mod of consequence I have is toybox and I only use it to test build and play around with what is possible. It is not a part of my main games at all.
I'm using;
- No Teleportation Circle Restrictions
- Feats Progression - 1 per level (Includes mythic levels - powers and feats)
- Weapon Focus All (I don't even know what weapons there are, so how am I supposed to decide?)
- Familiar Plus (Because performance)
- ToyBox (Because I suck)
- Fix Alignment Shifts (Aka 2 axis alignment but it's nothing ToyBox can't do either, so kinda redundant. Just there for good measure)
- Enhanced Inventory (Vanilla inventory is an abomination)
- A bunch of Portrait packs (A shame that many portraits are bugged/not properly clipped and therefore not appearing)

Toybox 100%
Not only does it help when you find bugs, broken quests, or other game related issues that are not your fault, you can also play the way you want.

In the latest toybox patch, they have stable Gesalt play (leveling 2 or more classes at once). So I can play an Oracle Angle, and a Paladin for the RP radiance and dialogue options. Currently doing a Paladin + Ranger run and its a load of fun duel wielding as a Paladin.
I completed my first run without mods, but now it's:

* Toybox
For cheating. Always 20 (outside combat), so I find the hidden stuff I missed the first time, no fog of war, no turn based delay, will see what else is there. Will see between carry weight cap or just giving myself more money (while act 4+ I was a multimillionaire, acts 2-3 are rather tight).

I've enabled achievements, too, for those I missed the first time (death by column, saving the courtesans...). I'm not on Core even on a cheat run, so I believe it's ok to do.

* No Teleportation circle restrictions
The restrictions are perhaps reasonable, but yeah. I think I can teleport with Toybox, too, but I don't want to risk breaking the game somehow.

* Enhanced Inventory
I wish I had used this right away. Search bar alone is massively useful.

I don't count portraits import among mods, since it's super-officially supported now.

E: The topic title asked which I recommend. Only the inventory one.

It is amazing how popular ToyBox is. Also, the other mentioned mods reflects really good what has been also mentioned in this thread:

Like the search bar for the inventory, or visual adjustments, e.g. So far it seems no mod has been mentioned which would change the game too excessive - everything are basically just covering for the lack of Quality of Life items.

I think that is a strong signal towards the developers to consider what is important to us players and what feature might have a big impact towards your overall experience.

I personally cannot without BarleyFlour's Respec mod. If it was not for the fact that you cannot respec your companions from level 1 with a class of your choice, I probably would not have touched any mods at all.

But once you know some additions like the visual adjustments mod, the inventory search bar, or the highlightning of learnable scrolls - it is hard to let go of them again.

We got already a good list of recommendations for players who have finished multiple playthroughs already to give the game a fresh feel, as well as for beginners who might be overwhelmed by the game and can find relief with mods. Awesome!

Also the one that removes film grain. Can't really tell the difference tbh but I prefer sharper cleaner look. There were also some colour enchantments I didn't try as it was more hassle to setup than just dropping the zip to the manager.

Autobuffbot is a must for me. No way I am going to through a full buff routine after each rest.

well the color thing is from me, there is sadly no drag and drop method.. at least i dont how about it, would need some testing.

EDIT: Thank you for your comment here. i found a solution on how to make it Drag&Drop.

but my mods are :

1. Toybox
2. Minimalistic enhancement
3. Free camera

Use Until Healed, self explanatory, but if it isn't clear this mod allows you to go into the menu and click on a heal potion and click the option use until healed, so saves you precious seconds and sanity when your characters start requiring a lot of potions to heal their growing health bars.
I mostly use toybox to bypass the boring as can be fights.
You know.
The once's they trow at us 700 times per area.
You would think they learned from kingmaker and keep trash mobs trash so we woudnt feel our time was being wasted by meaningless fights that exist purly to drag out the game.
Dont get me wrong.
I like a challange.
Keyword: a.
But i dont want every fight to be a challange.
With toybox i remove the spellslot flaw of pathfinder and d&d games(I love D&D and pathfinder but i hate the limited spells per day crap)
Pity other games just dont have as many spells as pathfinder and D&D.
Even more a pity how many spells arent in the video games.

Anyway toybox solves the biggest 2 issus with this game untop of the bug fixes.
Limit casting per day and fighting trash mobs.

Toybox for brutal unfair. Not for everyone but I enjoy it.

The cleaner mod to keep load times and savegame space more manageable.

Yeah the thing with limited casting per day is rather annoying. That's why I loved Sorcerer(?) and specific divine casters (Can't remember the name) in Neverwinter Nights 2 :D All hail Toybox!

Same :D Yes, Divine Soul was it. So much more chill to play casters that way. Micromanaging spells on a ingame-daily-basis is so annoying so I'm glad there's kinda a workaround.
