Two-weapon fighting reduces your chances to hit. I cannot remember if throwing axes are light weapons. You might want to consider changing his class to something that gets more feats for all the two-weapon feats you'll need.
Are throwing axes finesse weapons? I thought they were strength based. Lann's strength and dex are about the same, so it might not matter in his case.
But but . Wolf allready picked finesse daggers :/
Wenduag clear winner
With plain old fighter you can get double bonuses on throwing axes from weapon training, another reason wenduag is popular
Woljif and Regil are both dual weapon melee and they mess stuff up pretty awesomely. Add Arushalae throwing status / elemental damage axes into the fray and nothing will be able to defend themselves from us :)
The build is very feat heavy, between dual wield feats and ranged feats. But great when it all comes together.
