Pit Spells Constantly Forcing Saves in Turn-Based Mode?
I finally got a chance to use the Create Pit spell in Turn-based mode today and used it on some demons near the edge of it's range. Initially only two failed the save, but a few seconds later the others fell in as well as they too failed subsequent saves.... during the very same round. Throughout the fight they were constantly forced to make saves multiple times per round, taking damage multiple times too. Is this a known issue with pit spells in this game, or is it a new bug? This didn't happen in Kingmaker's TB mode.

No mods used.

I noticed this happening as well. Playing in turn-based mode, I used hungry pit on a group of enemies. Ended the turn, then went afk for a few minutes. Came back to the enemies inside the pit dead.

yeah it seems a recent patch broke them for turnbased, i've had some weird issues using grease as well (enemy making save, standing up, attacking, falling right back down due to failing second grease save on the same turn), but this issue definitely didnt occur closer to release

I haven't faced any enemy casting a pit until now and it looks very broken. I have patch level 1.0.8e if that helps.

Does anybody know if it worked before the given patch?

There is 1.0.9c which is supposed to fix the issue.

Dont play turn based , its horrid. Gonna wait myself until its polished.

Marked as fixed in the patch notes from today's patch.

Yeah, one of the patches broke it so that even when in turn based it still does the checks and damage every 6 seconds of real time rather than waiting until the characters turn. Apparently its fixed now though
