I cannot decide: Azata Or Trickster?

Core difficulty, Kitsune Sword Saint 8/Witch of the veil 1 - Stats are 9/20/14/18/7/7 - God: Desna, Chaotic Good.

On one hand there is Trickster perception 2 giving improved improved improved ( and so on ) critical is REALLY nice. World 2: Rolling 1s into 20s is also really nice. Atlethics: Bonkers

On the other hand there is Azata: AIVU MY GOD SHE'S TOO CUTE, Super Sonic Speed ( perma haste 20% miss chance) Really nice, Incredible Might is also really good althout my build aint strenght based. Sadly I cannot take Life-Bonding Friendship because my Charisma mod is negative.

I can't decide!

also...you can ride aivu after a point. so. that's a factor.

I'd say Aivu - who cares about some measly stats. Besides, Sword Saints just love super sonic speed.

Azata at the moment, would pick trickster once they fix all their high level feits.

outside of aivu's size issues and the summoning spells summoning the wrong things I've had no issues with azata and i'm on my second go through w it. (first one ended on the threshold when i realized i screwed up arue's romance and wasn't getting it back)

Just joining the others who say Azata. Alignment and goddess choice are already perfect. And Azata is a lot of fun.

Even with a negative charisma (assuming you never get Mass Eagle's Splendor with Improved Enduring Spells), the Life-Bonding Friendship still provides free teamwork feats for the whole party. Note that it's slightly bugged; the sooner you take it, the more free feats you get.

Well i was planning on going Azata, but then I saw the potential fo critting the hell out of things with swordsaint :D

There are respec issues with Azata where Aivu will lose her learned spells after a respec and not get them back, so I've lost a few convenient spells from her. So just a heads up on that.

On the other hand, Trickster has a lot of mythic traits that flat out just don't work. So... lesser of two evils I guess.

if you want cuteness, take aivu, if you want an easier playthrought => trickster

Trickster just might be the strongest martial path, tho. Not only you get to crit 11-20x5, everyone in your party does. Add stuff like taking Greater Blind-Fight without pre-requisites on top of that and well. OP is OP.

Biggest thing I didn't realize with Azata before taking it was that incredible might is only a morale bonus to attack/damage. When I took it at mythic 6 I was already getting a very high morale bonus, so it basically just gave me a charge/crit buff. If your character isn't str based that wont even work well. Everything about Azata is awesome other than that, it should be a luck bonus instead of morale.
