Where are the Fleshmarkets in Midnight Isles?

I need to find the Fleshmarkets for the gladiator arena quest but no matter how i search ive found nothing, been through every crevice of the map, both inside and out, no clue. Any hints?

In the middle city, there's a portal to it fairly close to the elevator to the lower city.

as above, portal down to fleshmarket is straight ahead from entry point from lower city

Sorry, no idea, im still only at the lower level, havent seen elevators, and the only two portals ive seen are the one to nexus and the one by the arena

You need to go to the middle city. There's some elevator with some guards somewhere in the lower city that'll bring you up - or you can climb the walls.

What you mean by entry point from lower city? sorry the whole map is so confusing.
