Armor bugged after respecing

After respecing my character from a cavalier to bloodrager, the game treats him as if he is still wearing the heavy armor I had equipped in the old class (half-plate) with its corresponding AC and penalties. Equipping different armor throws a non-stacking bonus warning. I did this respec several chapters ago, so going back to an old save is not an option. I have also tried respecing again- this temporarily gets rid of the bug, but it comes back after saving or cycling through the character menus. Has anyone else encountered this, or is anyone aware of a fix?

I'd love to hear an answer for this myself. Happened to me as well. No respecing or mods involved. Game think that Seelah is wearing padded armor +1 even if shes naked. Equipping different armor throws a non-stacking bonus warning.
