How to get level 10 spells? Need new save?

I updated the game and loaded my lv10 angel cleric save

Leveled him to lv20 cleric + 10 angel, but didn't get any level 10 spell features

Is it a bug or should I make a whole new game to actually apply today's patch?

It's a guess but you might need a specific mythic rank for them to unlock seeing as they are specifically Lich / Angel spellbook spells? I'm guessing mythic rank 9 or 10 will be needed?

They are :
1.Army of Heaven
2.Eye of the Sun
3.Phoenix Gift
4 Rekindle

Seriously ,These spells are more powerful than toybox mod.
INSANEE YOOO!Not to mention the gorgeous angelic fx

I might drop by in a couple of hours with the Lich list. My character is about 28 Lich caster

As I already mentioned, I leveled him to angel mythic rank 10.
I used respec mod(toybox) to do it, so maybe it's a bug from the mod.
But I want to know the truth, I want to see the spells tonight.....

Yea only level 10 mythic rank, I tried to reload the other save file with only lv 9,the spells aren't there.

Mmm, i am right before the final battle.All the spells are there.You don't see level 10 spell tab at all?

O yea Question for you, so people say that cleric spells merge with Angel's spells does it mean i get more charges on the Angelic Spells ? like sunform ect ect

1. Yes I don't see any '10' tabs in the books. Maybe the usual Owlcat, usual bug... or maybe the bug caused because I used Toybox mod to level up.

2. Seems you played Angel path with non-divine full caster, right?
Yes, you can merge cleric(or oracle, druid, shaman as I remember) spell book with Angel's.
That doesn't increase max spell room(or charges) per level, but instead the mythic rank of your Angel path is added to your current cleric caster level.
So in the end you reach 30 caster level, your bolt of justice deals 30d10 to demons without metamagics.

Anybody knows if you need to have a combined spellbook to get these spells? Or can Angel/Lich without Cleric-Oracle/Wizard-Sorc respectively get them at Mythic Rank 10?

My guess is that, you haven't passed the story where it gives you the final mythic power.So toybox leveling up mod aint doin it =(.

It probably checks for Mythic lvl. 10 and completed transformation

From what is being said on Reddit, the spells ONLY show up for non-merged spellbooks.
If you're a merged lich or angel, it ain't working.

EDIT: Just tested it with a lich and ToyBox, it seems to be the case.
Got the spells when not merging, didn't get them when I did.
