I just assume that Iomadae is a dummy like nearly every good character in this game so unless you really, really want to please her just don't mind it

Tristian was an acomplice to mass scale bioterorism that guy was def not good (no matter what the alignment by him said)

so he can return to be with his goddess (sarenrae besto waifu) and even when he is being made to do bad stuff he does not enjoy it, in fact he tries to help you everytime he can without disobeying Nyrissa's orders

That changes nothing about the fact he postponed cure for WhateverTheDiseases name was which got a LOT of people killed. Hur durr I don't enjoy slaughtering innocengs I'm a good guy now
