Fencing Grace type skill for Regill?

Just picked up Regill and his loadout has several feats geared towards basing his attack roll off his (better) Dex instead of Strength - and making the Gnome Hooked Hammer his weapon of choice. His damage roll is still geared off of his Strength though. Is there any feat available to him, like Fencing Grace, that can make his Damage based on his Dex instead of Strength for the Hooked Hammer? Or is he always gonna be working off his Strength for damage?

There is a mythic feat, Mythic Weapon Finesse, that helps with that. You can take it when you get mythic rank 2.
