how much min wisdom do i need to get all the pally spells? so i can pump up his strength to where it needs to be.

Paladins cast with Charisma and you'll need 14.

Paladins use charisma not wisdom as their casting stat. I believe they only have 4th level casting, so you would only need 14 charisma to cast all their spells. That being said Charisma plays an important aspect to other paladin related abilities like Smite.

10 char would be enough if its just about spells: you can get a headband of charisma+4 easily (need 14 to cast lvl 4 spells). However both your divine grace (+cha to all saving throws) and smite evil use charisma so more is a good idea

Paladins are so much fun in WoTR. I like to get maybe 18 Str and the rest into CHA. Smite Evil is way to good especially when you get Mark of Justice at level 11 (Smite Evil works for party). Super tough boss coming up? Mark of Justice and erase them from existence.
