But what we can do is to help to create a mod. Provide your community with the localization tools we use ourselves and add support for any special characters. Also, promote this mod and whatnot. So yeah, if you are up to the task - hit us up, we will glad to help.

I am the person translating Pathfinder: Kingmaker. I have no plans to translate WotR, but I was interested in this localization tool you mentioned. It can help me to finish the Kingmaker translation. If that’s ok, please send it to my email (camaleonico@gmail.com).
And about the WotR’s translation, Nasher is the perfect person for that. He recently turned a game I didn't like (DOS2), into a game I’m enjoying, due to an excellent translation.
