Wield a Bastard Sword or Longsword in 2h?
Can't find the option to 2h these weapons... this used to be a thing in Kingmaker I think. Does it still work automatically?

It works automatically if your offhand is empty. You'll see it on your damage stats. You get 1.5 strength bonus and use the two handed animation.

Works with most non-light one handed melee weapon (warhammer for example)

If you don't have exotic weapon proficiency with bastard swords, they are two-handed weapons only.

If you have nothing in your off-hand, I'm not sure about this, but the game might two-hand your weapon unless it's a light weapon. I don't know about that for sure, I haven't tested it. Because if you have martial weapon proficiency to use a longsword, why would you try to two-hand a longsword instead of using the greatsword which has more base damage?

You can't equip bastard swords at all without their proficiency. (In game. I know actual rules is different)

Yes

However, if you are a magus, you gonna have turn off one of his ability. (Spell strike?)

Without proficiency you can't use them at all. Call of the Wild made it the way you described in Kingmaker but without it no Bastard Swords at all, be it 1 or 2handed
