His weapon counts as 2 1handed even tho it looks like 2h weapon, so build him as many attacks, lots of damage char.
Keep taking armiger levels, hellknight subclass is not so good.
Take extra feats in mythic levels. All useful passives, including piranha strike, outflank, seize the moment.
He will grow in simple as brick and deadly autoatacker that will wipe everything under haste spell.
I use him at L10, as Bloodrager, so far it works quite well. Armiger L5, Hellknight L1, Bloodrager L4.
fighter 6/hellknight 1/bench warmer 13
Bloodrager is fine, especially naked chad primalist with archmage (mostly because archmage being absolutely broken). Can go virgin steelblood, but eh.
But yes, in general he just needs mythic weapon finesse, then he starts hitting like a truck.
Huh, didn't know that, explains why he had that skill train started.
Thank you!
I see lots of people make Regil a bloodrager.
I have never seen a proposal to try to give him a build to get sneak attacks to increase his damage.
is there any rationale to prefer bloodrager vs a sneak attack build for Regil ?
And plate doesn't really slow him down at all. His armor training covers the penalties. And you can even have him take the travel domain to be 10 faster than everyone else.
I mean i have not seen anyone trying to add sneak damage to Regil and i wonder why.
So to simplify, just go 10 fighter then 10 HK? And take the "common sense" feats for damage?
One guy from this same post mentioned he has fighter finesse or whatever, does this mean it's already unlocked or do i get it later on?
When you get him he's 5 fighter, 1 HK I think. I usually have him finish off HK to 10, then go back to armiger for the rest of his levels. But do whatever order works best for you.
Fighter's Finesse lets him use weapon finesse with his Gnomish Hook Hammer. Its a Fighter class ability. He already starts with that. When you get to Myth level 2 you can pick up Mythic Weapon Finesse and that will let him use his dex for damage too.
Side Note: Since many people miss this, the Gnomish Hook hammer is a double weapon. Which means he dual wields with it (like a double bladed lightsaber). So make sure to pick up the various feats for two weapon fighting so he gets lots off attacks. You'll want to get Mythic Two Weapon fighting when you can as well.
