Trace of Shadows Question - Hilor

Hey so I've headed into act 4 and was wondering how to find Hilor to turn in this quest? He isn't in his usual spot in Drezen.

I believe he's on the bed now in one of the rooms of the inn.

he only shows up if you paid him 40k for pathfinder donation before tearing up the fleshmarket.. >|

Not completely true. I paid the 50k donation in the Abyss, but he is still not showing up in Drezen in Act 5. There is some talk about needing to go into the Prison in Drezen when your cleaning out Drezen when you return from the Abyss, but I could have sworn that area was blocked off from travel in my playthrough.

Either way. This really stinks because now I cannot finish the quest, respec, or even higher a mercenary

On the floor (where you can find Nenio) in the Inn in a room lying in the bed.

For anyone who read this later on: the reason you cant find Hilor is that you let him die when you retook Drezen by choosing to save the One Eye'd Devil in the Half-Measure Inn. When you came back from the abyss to retake Drezen a 2nd time, you have a choice of going to the Tavern or the prison. If you go to the prison you can save him. If you don't, he will not show up in act 5 as he's dead I guess and the quest is essentially bricked.

The quest name is: A Step Away from Defeat in act 5. What happens is you chose to save the one-eye'd devil over Hilor by going to the Half-Measure tavern (where as Hilor was in the Prison). Its possible you can save both by following the instructions here:
