Rat swarms?

When you find a rat swarm a tutorial appears and says that you can hit swarms for half damage with weapons on difficulties below core, but you can still hit them on hard or unfair with weapons for half damage, it's the tutorial wrong?

I just encountered them on this house, had the same tutorial info. I'm on "custom" difficulty, Core + retrain allowed and I could hit them for half damage. If I couldn't I don't know how I would have been able to kill them, only Amber have offensive spells '^^

I agree - swarms need a buff.
The complete lack of complaint threats is aggravating.

Some swarms take half damage from weapons, others are completely immune.

For anyone familiar with the tabletop, if the swarm is made of Tiny creatures it takes half damage, but swarms made of Diminutive or smaller creatures are immune.
