Freedom of movement atleast gets rid of perm paralysis not sure what to do for confusion though
Remove Curse / Break Enchantment / Dispel are not guaranteed to remove such things because they test your caster level against the DC of the debuff.
I wish. Freedom of Movement only suppresses the paralysis for as long as FoM lasts, once it wears off, back to being a statue. And believe me, I tried.
I think Dispel should work as well when your in a safe spot just keep trying to cast it

Dispel worked on Baleful polymorph
Might've worked, I didn't think of it at the time and I don't have a save to go back to it though. If I remember and it happens again, I'll try though, for science!
