Slumber hex feels really OP
Its basically a save-or-die effect cause failing the will save means sleepy time and knife to the face time with coup-de-grace.

It also ignores spell resistance. Remember to surround high hp/fort enemies to get in aoos if the coup de grace doesn't kill them. I wish they'd put the Accursed Hex feat in the game for when enemies make their save.

Why wouldnt the CDG kill them? Also for that you could just use the misfortune hex so they are much less likely to make the save. 1 round (or more with chant/cackle) of disadvantage on everything? Yes please

I mean i play on hard and in late chapter 2 everyone is running with good will saves and spending whole round for ~25% chance sleep does not seems Op 2 me .

Hmm fair enough I guess, but still a 25% chance to KILL an enemy with only two actions?

It's OP in the tabletop game, too.

coup-de-grace does not kill enemies on high diff , it's just a full round crit (so no multiple attacks) so like I said it's good early game but 2 random( IMO ) for late game

Sure shes really super cute, bet she'd be really fun to just playfully explore the bedroom with. Just really naive and a little emotional immature. From the info ive seen she is of age physically for an elf (if just barely) so theres that.

Plus the fort save against the damage or die. Given that im using my sneak attack rogue/slayer they really shouldnt be surviving that very often.

Id say its more usefull here though because you can see the enemys' save stats to see which one is most likely to fail the save.

Plus you can coordinate multiple characters to achieve maximum effect to a greater extent than at the table e.g. you can have two hex users dropping Evil Eye/Slumber combos with someone else using demoralise.
