Quest bug : Borrowed Dreams
So, if you talk to Nurah about her dreams BEFORE Succubus companion, it will NOT indicate that you already talk to her, and the conversation about asking Nurah's dreams wont appear again.
Now i been locked out of this quest...

Same issue here. Although judging from quick research, that quest is bugged in many ways.

I guess i do her quest next playthrough, hope it will fixed before then.

Not all bugs affect all people. It may be enough that you did things in different order than many/some others and simply slipped "though the net".

I failed a diplomacy check with Ciar after a prior quest, and that apparently locks me out of quest completion for Borrowed Dreams (even though she's just looking for random people's dreams). Ciar is upset with me and I don't have option to even ask.

I thought it was bugged for me as well, but you just have to get all of the people in Drezen before it will complete. Hulrun was last for me.

When is this quest even supposed to start? Does anyone know what I have to do to start it? I've been talking to Aru at every opportunity I got but I've got nothing so far. What act is it supposed to be on anyway?

Event on the table on the crusade part of the game. Aru wants to talk. And in act 3.

Thanks. Do you know if there's something that's needed to get it to start? I'm in act 3, in the Ivory Sanctum, and I'm just not getting it. Tried resting and skipping days for a few weeks, just not getting it. I've done every other quest in the act except for the one I'm on now.

Ivory sanctum is the transition from act 3 to act 4 as far as I know. Be warn you need to do your mythic path quest before this. You should get this Borrowed Dreams and Aru imprisoned sooner. But those events are random. Im cleared all the locations in act 3 outside puzzle ones and im preparing to go clear them as well(puzzles) that I can and then o Ivory sanctum. Also you might get it when you return from abyss in act 5.

Borrowed Dreams is the start of her companion quest. Aru imprisoned is the second of her quest. And all are crusade table random events.

Ok, i had the same problems as you guys: i could not complete the mission. So, i started it again and again and was able to finish it:

Meet Arueshua (the succubi) in the pub. Enter her dream. Leave the dream. Talk to Aureshua again.
Now a list in the questlog appears. Follow this list and talk to the people about their dreams.
(The list is different to different players. It has something to do with how you dealt with people in your story.)
Make sure to only talk to them because of the dream!!! (Otherwise it might happen, that they leave because of a mission and then the game does not list them anymore and you cannot continue with the quest!)
As soon you have talked to all the people, a new mission log entry appears, and you can continue with the quest.
