Inspirational Leader not working

so i took that Mythic feat and it just doesnt work, no1 get any buff and when i look at their saving throw nothing happen... is that normal?

Is that normal that people don't even read properly? It only gives bonuses to saves against mind-affecting spells, so this "situational" bonus would not be displayed in the general stats. If you want to see if it works or not, you need to check the combat log after such a saving throw.

Btw, the bonus to initiative is constant, and you can check it in the combat stat page, but i guess you didn't read that far.

i did, i tried to dominate one of my companion and there was no bonus named Inspirational Leader, and some of my companions that was near me had a +0 on ini.. so no buff there too

every time my mage uses dispel magic on area to remove something he manages to remove inspirational leader from himself too !
