a common cause bugged?

I think I may have bricked my playthrough. Here is the status of my quest log:

Gather allies for the attack on the Gray Garrison. Green check mark.
When I expand the quest objective, I have to still complete 'Prelate Hulrun''s soldiers have joined the army'. yet I've already helped him and killed the guy.

Prelate Hulrun is no where to be found in the market square.

Seemingly can't finish this quest. Any advice?

I've had an even worse issue.... I can't get anyone to join. I think there is some sort of bug here...

The problem is that I can't attack the fort presumably cause I don't have anyone joining my fight. The quest 'A common cause' says recruit the clerics of Desna. I apparently failed to the make peace with hulrun quest. I tried to resolve it peacefully... I saved the priest and all 3 are in the temple but won't talk hulrun says he will hunt them later. I even tried to kill hulrun and talk to the priests they still won't join. I've done all the other parts that are supposed to give me people but it looks like common cause is stuck on getting priests to join. On the map I have nothing left to do other than attack the fort which sends me to talk to the half orc paladin (forgot name) and she has nothing to say.

So is this bugged or am I missing something???

I am stuck at having to find the secret path in and have no way to progress.

I completed the objectives, in that the tieflings and the clerics will help me in the fort, but the quest "A Common Cause" hasnt marked anything as completed. Anyone figure out how to fix this?

Hello. I can't even complete the 1st objective of that quest. I saved the Tieflings but they don't want to help me with the grey garnison (they only said that they can help as scouts) and the quest is still asking me to recruit them.
Can anyone help me ?
