weapon finesse (mythic)
does the mythic feat: weapon finesse (mythic) do the same thing as a basic feat like fencers grace? is it just another way to get your Dex bonus if you wanted to take different regular feats or am I missing something?

Doesn't fencing Grace only apply to Rapiers? Regular Weapon Finesse applies Dex Modifier to Attack rolls, the mythic applies Dex modifier to Damage rolls.

Pretty much.

It applies to every single finesse weapon, not just a specific one. I believe it's also the only way you can get dex to damage on a double weapon, since the feats specify one handed weapons.

fencers/slashing grace require you to be using one weapon with the other hand free, the mythic feet applies to duel wielding

It works with the Kinetic blade too. Dex build kinetic blade = Jedi lol

Yeah, for Camelliah since I have fencing grace I didn't get weapon finesse mythic. Same for my aldori defender main character and whatever theirs is called. For Rigel though it was a great mythic to get.

Yeah, this is the only way to (for example) get full Dex to damage with an elven curve blade.

In theory you could put together a high-crit high-base-damage build using an elven curve blade, Str 13 for Power Attack and Mythic Power Attack, and Mythic Weapon Finesse. It would be a pain to put together, but it might be an interesting build since you could get significant damage on a Dex-based martial without sneak attack.

I'm using a dual weapon build, short sword and dagger offhand on my rogue, does this benefit me ?
