Can't seem to leave Leper's Smile
I killed everything in and below the zone, but can't find a way out to the world map. I keep seeing "take the ladder" but there's change in pointer anywhere near the ladders above the entrance to the underground area... what am I missing?

there should be an exit right next to where you kill the queen, just past the little cave entrance.

Where the three ladders are? If so I'm not getting any cursor change... so weird.

perhaps a quicksave and reload will make it appear? that fixed a similar issue in another location for me.

Right where you fought the queen there's a hole you can go down.

I cleared down there... is there an exit in there I'm missing then? I can't seem to get back to the world map lol

I killed the hunter reaper, I killed all the wights, the vrocks and looted everything... I'm just stuck on finding a way to the world map

this is killing me... I can't find a way to the world map... wtf.... Is there a way to just force the game to the world map?

The ladder is right above the cave where you killed the queen, try pressing tab see if maybe that brings it up. If not you most likely bugged out make sure to report it with alt-b if thats the case.

try hitting M and look at the map should show you where to go

Awesome. nothing. I sent the bug report. Nothing when I hit tab. The map shows no exit other than the cave entrance.

You get out the same way you went in.. If it's not appearing you are stuck in combat. Reloading fixes it. The area with the large cliff that you walk under.

Nope I've reloaded numerous times. And there's nothing to kill. Neither outside or inside the cave. ...

Well i've gone through both the entire cave and the entire outside zone of Lepers Smile with TAB held down and found nothing.... I really hope I'm not starting over.
