Then use some other Damage boost, like Holy or Flame or what not. I only use Power Attack, if Damage Reduction is too high and no other way to get through it.
True seeing.
I'm not joking. Pop true seeing and a lot of those mega ACs crash and burn.
Also, always keep a Paladin handy with their level 11 smite ability.
Example:
My level 12 Paladin -
+12 BAB
+7 Str
+2 Sword
+1 Weapon Focus
+1 Background Bonus
+23 -4 power attack = +19
+4 from spells (Aid, Prayer, Haste)

That 35 AC isn't so intimidating anymore.
