Spirituals Bond (Lich Mythic Quest)

where in the world am i supposed to go, im still in act 3 and went to the south west but couldnt find the place

There is a lab connected to one of the main villains, the location is unmissable due to needing it to get to act 4. Inside said lab, you will find something related to the quest. I would post spoilers, but I havnt worked out how to do spoiler tags lol

i received 2 quest when i tried to become a lich, the first one was to drop my alignment to either neutral or evil and the second one was the Spiritual bond

when i looked online i saw some1 talking about a place called Desolate Hovel... is that it?

But how to get there physically? I dont know the path

To reach Desolate Hovel you need to head southwest from Wintersun until the 3rd road split point, then head northwest from there, it's a long path from there (16 in game hours of travel time)
