The Outcast - Question (light spoiler!)

Hey there,

I just wanted to know when and where i am supposed to find the trigger for the random event for the Outcast quest after Drezen..

The Quest currently stands on:

Wait for Kaylessa's schemes to be revealed
The Commander refused to put an end to the crimes of the cultist Kaylessa. According to the darkhunter Forn's warning, she will strike soon. The Commander should prepare to face her head-on.

while going through google its said that a random encounter will happen when running through worldmap around drezen...

iam close to done with ch.3 with every sidecontent 100% finished to that point that can be done. I ran around drezn (worldmap) for 2 weeks ingame time, still no trigger...

Does anyone know what to do or when this is supposed to trigger and where exactly?

After you do Ivory Labyrinth, it is forced random encounter where you can only click Continue.

ye thank you already figured it out..i felt so dumb when that happend and i realized i wasted so much time :D

I had the same problem and was wondering when this happens, so it's after the labyrinth.
They didn't really do us a favor in marking this quest as "failed if not completed in this chapter"......
