It is an exotic weapon right? Maybe take that first and then weapon focus should be available.
You need that feat.
I will look later. I have no one to level up and am not near the respecc guy.
You need these feats first.

Just a disclaimer that I'm often wrong about this stuff but I posted a similar topic earlier and I've had a run around in the game now and I've tried out crossbows...
It looks like normal crossbows are just like Kingmaker where they do not need to be reloaded.
In PnP you would need to reload for a ?full round? after each shot. A repeating crossbow would let you load something like 5 bolts at once like in a magazine before reloading for a full round. So repeating crossbows which are supposed to let you load multiple bolts or something would have no purpose anyway.
There is no exotic feat for repeating crossbows as far as I can see. I don't know why they appear in the Weapon Focus list. Maybe there's a chance it'll be unlocked later after some sort of story milestone?
you are probably right.
The rule set is confusing as crossbows don't follow the table top rules and the wiki doesn't give any easy understandable info on this.
Most likely it is just a normal h crossbow. A screenshot would still help (@op)
this sounds very solid, thanks for your time
Cheers.
Because there never were any in the first place. Ignore this thread.
