Is it possible to defeat Chorussina summoned boss?

Chorussnia gives 2k5 exp while the big dude gives 10k exp, but not sure if it's possible to defeat him at that point in the game

Yep. He drops a pretty nice ring too. The main thing is getting his mirror images down before moving in to engage him.

Depending on your level, you might also have access to True Sight by then, Camelia and Nenio can cast it at level 9. That allows you to bypass the mirror images altogether.

A summoner helps a lot. I basically surrounded him in wolves while my archers pelted him. The mages didn’t help much though cause of resistance. Still lann hit pretty well.

When I knew I was running low on summons I buffed up and finished him off.

I find that Ember with all Spell Penetration feats plus Ascendant Element (Fire) can hit him pretty hard. If you manged to recruit her, Arusahlae can also be very effective when fully buffed up (Aspect of the Falcon, Hurricane Bow, Sense Vitals, Instant Enemy). She's basically like Ekun from Kingmaker, but with even crazier stats.

If you took the angel mythic path the summoned spirit paladin has some kind of DR the demon can't even get passed, giving you 10 rounds of free damage.

Yes. Drezen, after you get into the keep there's some stairs leading down from the forge leading into the room filled with her and a bunch of cultists. They're in the process of summoning the demon and if you kill them before they can you fight her. If they succeed the demon spawns and kills her and then you fight it.

Use dispel magic from any source you can from scrolls to skills, that's her weakness
