Quest the wayward bugged

Magic does nothing to the Glabzeru... not just they have spell penetration it's not making checks for them, and i checkd they aren't immune. and i have ascendant element and a crap tone of spell penetration it's simply not detecting magic is hitting them looking at the log. doesn't even roll for spell penetration

not when you're using magic. especially not when you have ascendant element

it's not a matter of they're just tough and you need x, the game isn't even detecting anything beyond "this thing was hit" it just stops all calculations after that. no message about immunity or reductions

correction with magic it's not even detecting a hit, just "Character casts fireball" and then nothing after that

update: targetted magic works normally, they are somehow immune to AOE damage, i think their hitboxes have been deleted or something.

reloading didn't work, for some reason completely exiting the game and going back in, worked

at least you guys can find the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ path to the quest. I've done a lap around the shrine on all available paths with a lvl 13 merc rogue with 50 perception.

oh it's a trek. you have to go all the way down and back up. it's insane.
