Is there any quick or good way to change alignment?
I chose aeon, but I also made a chaotic good guy... >_> not knowing you are locked out of being an aeon if I am not lawful... There a way to fix this?

I too just had this problem, I chose something, then all of a sudden i am locked out of my class, and i can't use those class abilities anymore, they are all greyed out
i'm sure there are more ways, but some magic spells make your weapons do dmg of a certain alignment type such as good, and I'm sure there has to be weapons in game that do the same type of thing.

#1. Were you lawful at character creation (level 1)? If you are check if the priest sells any scrolls of atonement.

Otherwise there is none. Without cheating I mean. Behold the Toybox.

I feel your pain and am hoping for a solution, because I'm aiming for Chaotic Good but so far (admittedly not very far) all the chaotic options are also ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ options. I'm going to be very annoyed if I end up accidentally going Lawful or something just because there aren't any non-jerk chaotic options.

You could Respec your character in the Defender's heart Inn - or wherever the NPC is, if you respec your main char you get to remake them entirely, Alignment and all

This I've done it a few times now, you get three free respecs I think and you can even mess around with your two ranks of Mythic... I could not change my rank three. And you can change your alignment that way. Look for Hilok I think his name is.

Besides respec, I believe I've read in other posts that when you actually choose your mythic path you'll be forced into the required alignment.

That is NOT true at all. I picked Aeon and it let me pick Aeon. Later on you will "talk" to your power and it will NOT let you get a quest until your alignment matches that choice. At least this is for Aeon, the others I dont know. But the respec was a great idea and that worked. Thanks.

I believe you only need to be within one alignment step to be able to continue a Mythic Path's questline. For example, I started out as Lawful Good and picked Azata which is Chaotic, so needed to transition to at least Neutral Good to be able to proceed. Aeon seems to be Lawful Neutral, so if you're non-Chaotic, you should be fine.

In cleric's selling scrolls there is one start with "A" with 3000g can return your alignment to your lv1 setting

Later on in the game if you kill Camilla, who was apparently a psycho all along, you get a bone necklace that hides you alignment

Can this item be used to bypass any of the checks?

Word of advice, if you’re playing a Monk/Azata and your alignment changes to non-Lawful, don’t use a Scroll of Atonement. Doing so doesn’t change your alignment to what you started with a Level 1 in spite of what says.

I started as a LN, switched to NG, and used the Scroll of Atonement, which switched me to CG. I’d say that’s a bug in the game, but I could be missing something.

Another solution would to just play the game and pick all the lawful lines you get, it wouldn't take that much time to go to lawful, assuming you're near the beginning of chapters 3 (so that you actually have sidequests to do).
The only thing that kills the aeon mythic path is to do the wrong things while doing the mythic quest. So you're fine as long as your haven't started yet.
