Stuck in Grey Garrison

I am at the part where we all attack Grey Garrison in Chapter 1. I've killed everything, searched everywhere, but cant find out how to get to the first floor to finish the map. The last significant place I can remember was the third floor where I fought the big monster (dont want to spoil it for anyone so I'm being vague).

I've searched everywhere but can't find out where to go from there. Any help is appreciated.

You need first to go up to the floor where it collapsed during the first visit to the place. Then take the stairs down and find a way to the stairs past the hole to get up again. You know you are on the right way, if every second room has a miniboss.

This is my first visit to the Grey Garrison.

No, it is not. You may not realise it, but you are in the same place where you followed up Irabeth coming from the mongrel camp. Where you were trashed by Minagho near the wardstone and re-awakened then in your bed at the inn.

I think you need to go UP to complete the Garrison (go to the same Area where you fight Minagho the first time). If you want to go to the basement check everything. Also if you fail to do a Perception check to find a secret door, there is a place where there is a hole in the floor that required Athetic or Mobility check, if you fail you will fall into the secret room. (press M to check entrance to up/down floor)

Was Minagho the giant minotaur on the third floor?

Okay, on the first floor, I took the staircase at the northeast side of the map up to the second.. From the second, I took the staircase up from the middle of the map to the third. There is a long hallway with a mobility check at the end of the hallway. Where to go from here?

For those who are following this or come after me looking for the answer, you have to click the fallen stone on the third floor to continue. Thanks to Silvar for getting on Discord with me to show me the answer, and thanks to those that tried to help :D
