How to go to commander's court?

Hi, I have been stuck with Azata mythic quest, above the clouds, the quest asks to go to commander's court, but there's no route on the map can lead to there. I've been stuck for quick a while, can someone help?

actually I found it, it's from the city directly...

How do you actually unblock the location ?
I mean i cnanot even go up from the city because it is not shownj on the map and i am not sure why.

Should be possible to just go north from Drezen to the Court if you're an Azata or use the shortcut in the streets of Drezen to the northeast of the map.

Ah i am not azata and i dont remmember feeding anyome with cookies. I like cookies i would not share them anyway.
Ok i will see for a path and otherwise so be it :)

I actually found this location by accident. It wasnt marked on my map, but I clicked just slightly northeast of Drezen, and it appeared. Very spooky.

if ur are in Drezen, there should be an arrow up take the path
