Spells will mention if they require any material components in their description.
Since they're new and don't know yet, for the sake of completeness, that's because you consume the material component when you create the scroll in the first place. Scrolls you buy already include that in their price, and scrolls you find have already been created using the material component and won't cost you anything to cast the spell from the scroll.
