Possible spoilers inside, quest help - desna alter

I'm at the alter..
I have a harp, the map that was on the alter, and a sextant.
Guides say something about feathers.
What am I doing here? I don't have anything that looks like a feather, cleared the map.
Whats the item actually called?

Those three items are all you need, after you use them you need to play : Middle, Right, Left, Middle x2

Ok, I failed the first part or bypassed this by freeing her from the dungeon first. So the shrine didn't work for me.
