Is it normal for Tieflings to take damage from potions?
I'm confused. I started with a Dhampir wizard character since I wanted to make a Lich build, but I retrained because I read online that Lich is bugged and breaks the game.

So I retrained into Tiefling Magus Character. Abyssal Bloodline etc, from a youtube video I found here: I basically copy pasted the build: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YTAcepMyhUY&list=LL&index=2&t=225s

When I wanted to heal my character he still took damage from heal potions, which I do not understand? Is my game bugged or are Tieflings supposed to take damage from potions? I can heal my tiefling with inflict wounds or potion of inflict wounds for some reason. I thought this only works for Dhampir.

The game had issues with not properly clearing selected stuff during canceled level ups in the past (in kingmaker) so immah go with its most likely a bug caused by going back and forth.

When making characters you kinda need to be careful to just start clean after youve decided what you want

Seems to be a bug with Dhampir. People are reporting that the undead property sticks after respec or after first selecting Dhampir during character creation then selecting something else.

I have a few questions about this thread:

1. I didn't even know that you COULD respec! How do you do this, please?

2. The Magus build in the video above - they started with VERY low Intelligence. Don't you need a lot of intelligence for a caster?

3. How do you make characters in-game all the way from level 1 up to level 20 like the dude did in that video, all at once, without leveling during the game?

This build uses Eldritch Scion, and Eldritch Scion gains spells based on Charisma. Thats why THis build uses high strength and Charisma. It also works great with intimidating enemies, obviously due to Charisma.

2. Eldritch Scion is Charisma based casting.

3. Edit the save file to give characters xp. The .zks files can be opened with 7zip and the party.json file can be edited (it's a text file) to give a character xp.
