I made a table top gnoll blood rager with like a 20-30ft reach... funny enough when you factor in enlarge and certain spells and the racial these all stack.
Enlarge 10 ft reach
Class ability 5ft reach
long arms spell 5ft reach
Pole arm 5ft reach
There are additional ways to increase reach in table top that i doubt is in this, but yes you can make a really silly reach character. Also because of the way reach works when your reach is that big, any creature he enters your reach, provokes an attack of opportunity--- i wonder if paizo programmed it right. This is discussed when you read about huge and bigger creatures! which you now have the same reach as they do! add stand still feat and anyone you smack loses there movement and you have a very nasty melee character that can stop anyone from getting close to your back line.
The downside? your AC will suck... so you must compensate for that in what ever way you can, i should test a reach character in this at some point.
