Request for Assistance: Crusade Quest: Opening
The quest of this says to search the Right Bank of the West Sellen.

But I have poked at everything I can possibly think of in the area and I cannot find whatever is triggering this quest.

Can anyone point me in the right direction? I am wanting to get this done before advancing the plot, but I cannot find it.

I think that's something you need to do with your army...

Its the "defeat cultists" thing right? Not sure if this helps at all though, I found a cultist army hanging out in that area.
