Report a translation problem
Make sure the spell is an arcane spell and not divine or bardic.
One thing to be careful of, you can copy scrolls above your current level into the book, but not be able to cast them until you level up.
(Assuming that you are playing a class that can copy spells to the spellbook):
Should be mentioned that if you collect scrolls and don't use them having ~30 scrolls that can't be copied to the spellbook isn't abnormal or anything (I copy every scroll i can to the spellbook and i have more then 30 scrolls that i can't copy).
The spells might not be arcane spells or you might already have the spells in your spellbook, etc, etc.
