Scribe a scroll into spellbook?
Hey, I can't seem to figure out how to do this in Pathfinder? I thought the help mentioned it could be done at some point, but I just can't figure out how? I understand how to scribe a spell into a scroll from my spellbooks, but trying to do the opposite - put a scrolled spell I don't know into my spellbook?

Click on the scroll, and it will show if you can or not......

Tried that... I have like 30 scrolls, at least 1 should be scribable... am I missing something? Person with a spellbook is selected when attempting from Shared Inventory view.

Not sure what to tell you there. From the inventory a right click on the scroll in question will offer the option "Scribe to "caster's name"'s spellbook" if its a spell they can scribe.

There was a mod for Kingmaker which made the scrolls that could be scribed and added to your characters spellbook highlighted with a color, not sure why they didn't add that to the game themselves (the developers) It would make things a lot easier for the players to know what spells they can add.

Have to be the right class, and level and be able to scribe the spell in question (some schools are restricted for specific classes).

Make sure you are a class that can actually scribe. (Wizard/Eldritch Scoundrel and so on)
Make sure the spell is an arcane spell and not divine or bardic.

Rule of thumb, if you spellcaster ability is charisma or wisdom, you usually don't copy scrolls to spellbook, that's for int base classes.

Toy box mod (based on bag of tricks from kingmaker) just had highlight copyable scrolls added as one of its options, you could install it and just use it for the utility options don't have to cheat with it if you don't want to.

So, the Enhanced Inventory[www.nexusmods.com] mod lets you set filters, Like Unlearned Scrolls. Then you can cycle through your characters and it will tell you scrolls that this specific character can copy to their spellbook.

One thing to be careful of, you can copy scrolls above your current level into the book, but not be able to cast them until you level up.

(Assuming that you are playing a class that can copy spells to the spellbook):
Should be mentioned that if you collect scrolls and don't use them having ~30 scrolls that can't be copied to the spellbook isn't abnormal or anything (I copy every scroll i can to the spellbook and i have more then 30 scrolls that i can't copy).

The spells might not be arcane spells or you might already have the spells in your spellbook, etc, etc.

If you want to go the mod road...

1. ToyBox has that feature preinstalled - highlightning green scrolls your characters can learn

2. BarleyFlour's gives you a refund of scrolls your characters learned when you respec
