Gray Garrison Statue Puzzle
Anyone have any info on this puzzle? The one with the 6 statues? I haven't been able to figure it out. The only thing that looked like a hint was a book in that room but I have no idea what the solution is.

Prayer book at the altar

In the beta, the room apparently had different looking statues. In the release version, you need to know more than the prayer book on the altar will tell you. As you explore the garrison, there are clues that let you know what statue is which. Or you can brute force it, and then discover the clues later, like I did.

That explain a lot. Personly, I red the book and found some clues in the garrison + remember a few things from the Estrode Tower. But still, I never begin the puzzle with the man with sword/shield.

I read the prayer book and I don't get how that details any order of anything in it. Seriously, if I gave my players a puzzle like this, they would shoot me.

It seems like most of the puzzles in this game are like this too btw.

You click the statues in the order they appear in the book. Simple as that.

I actually rather enjoyed this puzzle, the characters mentioned in the prayer book are also represented by the statues. If you already know about the characters and the weapons they wield, then you can solve the puzzle immediately. If not, then you can find further clues as you go through the Gray Garrison that describe the characters in more detail, specifically the weapons they wield. Match the weapons to the characters name then to the statues, then click the statues in the order they appear in the prayer book.

You can also fairly easily solve it simply by trial and error with the notes. Click on the statues so the tones sound in ascending order. Or descending? I forget, but it's not hard to do even if you try both ways.

Why did you necro this thread to correct something that didn't need correcting lmao

This thread was quite old before the recent post, so we're locking it to prevent confusion.
