Any Solutions?
Steel Series Arctis 7. Was a shame, good quality otherwise.
It's as though it doesn't recognise that it is being used and is going to sleep to save battery. I thought it happened even when unplugged too but I can't test it now.
Open Control Panel.
Set view to "Category" if its not already. (small drop down menu in the top right)
Select "Hardware and Sounds"
Select "Power Options"
Select "Change Plan Settings" for your active power plan.
Scroll down to USB.
Select USB Settings.
Select USB Selected Disable Settings.
Set it to DISABLED.
After I did this ive not had a problem with disconnects. Why this helps? No idea, but after i did that it hasn't disabled itself.
