Stuck in the Shield Maze. Pls help!

I think I killed everything, except the water elemental and apparently looted all the corpses. Still, there is no key to open the large door in the ritual area. I looked up tips and did the color puzzle but this doesn't seem to help much. It this a bug?

One of the doors is open via pulling a torch next to the door.

The second Hand of Hosilla has the key. He's at the first door if you go down the stairs from the blood pool room. In the next room there are a bunch of monitor lizards.

I did the torch and then killed the lizards and whatever people were in the area. Maybe should check the corpses again?

I logged in just to reply. There's two guards in the water part of the maze that have a key and a letter you need to loot. On my current play through, it won't let me loot their bodies after combat so I'm pretty sure its bugged.

Hi! On that playthrough, I found the key in one of the corpses after reloading. On a later playthrough, the relevant corpse dropped without a key and I reloaded, killed the enemy again and this time the corpse was lootable, with a key. I submitted a bug report.

So I had this same problem. I went back in the room and held shift and it let me loot the guards again and I got the key

You have to read things in addition to killing things in this game. But it could be a bug too and sometimes things aren't highlighted properly.

Every time you pick up anything that has a glow effect around it, open the inventory and have it sorted so you see most recent items, and take a look at them. Or view them before adding to inventory.
