Anyone else having issues with cloaks?

So I'm right at the beginning of the game where you first get your equipment, and every time I try and put on the cloak of resistance +1, my screen freezes. If I use the keyboard commands I can hear the inventory screen close or the map screen try to come up, but my screen doesn't change.

It also doesn't display the clock on my characters equipment screen like it normally would (when you equip a sword, it's now on your character). I've tried turning off helmet and backpack display but that doesn't seem to help.

Anyone else having this issue? I'm going to keep playing without cloaks for now I guess.

Me, for me it seems like the engine have some issues with the cloak animations. Both Kingmaker and Wrath have some weired cloaks that just looks better invisible all around. In Kingmaker the cloak went ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ when transforming. Wrath it just moves wrong somehow Noticed the flail has a same thing going on if you move your character in inventory screen and the character holds it in the hands. Just get the visual mod on nexus, well its on the hub, but through nexus theres a link to it. It can hide cloaks and other stuff like weapon effects and such, super nice little handy mod.
