How to keep the screen from minimizing when alt tabbing out?

I have the game on borderless fullscreen, but as in the title it keeps going away when i want to type on the other computer or change something. A bit jarring, though not the biggest issues, i was wondering if anyone know a small fix for it?

Right click the game in your steam library, go to properties and paste "-popupwindow" in launch options (first tab).

Now launch the game and just switch to "Window" from borderless in graphics options and voila, you get a borderless window, that doesn't minimize, EZ, GG.
