Found Premium items in personal chest but not pre-order items

Like the title states, found the premium items from the kickstarter bonus items in the personal chest at the inn but cannot find any pre-order items such as the Owlcat Pet or animal skins etc.

Are they located/available later into the game? I made sure to check that in the DLC section to the game does have both premium dlc and pre-order dlc checked.

Any help would be appreciated thank you ^^

Same, I only have preorder not premium and it lists i have the preorder dlc yet the chest is 100% empty for me

I managed to get the items by restarting the game.

Located in the personal chest, all except the skins for the animals, got no clue how to access them or even if I can use the skins in an already "created" animal companion? No clue how it works hehe

Let me understand this: If I did not buy a pre-ordered game (I purchased the straight, released game, no add-on's), I should not expect to see any items in the Personal Chest at the Defender's Heart Tavern, right? I got nothing.

oh yeah regarding this, there's a major work around it if you don't have kickstart/premium pre order stuff

load a save from someone who does

had a softlocked save file after a dialogue that went hayware 10 hours in and a friend gave me a copy paste of his file which was around before attacking the gray garrison.

made some tweak with toy box to readjust my character and party and oh boy what do i see in the store chest ? that's right all the stuff kickstarter and premium buyer got, and it worked for me despise just having the standard game edition.

still got that file and it worked well, not gonna lie i abused this

i though they'd fix that by now lol

i'm not surprised someone else got this too
