dev myself, just not for games, I think this is a "run in background" unity player property that needs to be enabled, but I dunno really, my only guess tho XD
Don't have the game so dunno if there is a toggle in-game for pausing while not in focus. If not, shoot a message to the developer to implement it.
There is no such option, thats why I'm asking. It is not uncommon for a game to still play the sounds and the music when you're tabbed out. Especially if you're playing in Borderless Windowed mode.
Some games will have a toggle option, some games will throttle the rendering (Source engine), some games will have framerate limit slider for uncofused window (Grim Dawn), and some do not even have proper borderless (ehm.. ehm.. :3).
Sadly nothing you can do about unless there is project-specific flag, but that's up to the developer to disclose.
it's another thing they would have to implement, siimlarly to the minimizing thing. I haven't seen a toggle for that at the moment, though seems like a good thing to add to the wishlist for people who want it :).
I personally can't get over the fact that I can't drag the map with middle mouse button now, got super used to it in kingmaker, a way to get it back would be awesome imho. turning the map is awesome, not going to lie, but I need to move the map much more often that I want to rotate it and without it I can't jut use the mouse to play the game effortlessly like the lazy old man that I am :)
Let's hope DEVs will fix one day.
