Can Warpriests use Fervor to cast spells?

For those who played the beta: Can Warpriests use Fervor to cast spells? They can in tabletop, that's basically the main thing that makes Warpriests strong - casting a spell on self as a swift action. However, in the beta videos that I've watched, that part is no longer mentioned, Fervor description only mentions the healing ability. Is it still in the game?

Yes they can

I believe you can trade fervor for swift action healing spell of appropriate level, but I haven’t played through warpriest in a long time

You can use fervor to swift cast quite a few self buff spells too.
