there was a mod for it for kingmaker and it was..very messy, to say the least.
As complicated as a summoner is for the mechanic's involved. For 1E playing as a wizard or cleric necromancer as a pc when it come to table top side of the game . They can have a lot of option's when it come to making undead and acces to some template's related to undead for the amount they can control in mechanical terms of complexity .
As there are about 38 classes, a lot of prestege classes and 5+ archtype for each classes when it come to the table top side. Maybe if they are not added in the future through a update or dlc. You could find it through mod's that the modder's for King maker added to the default game.

In a game that has the option of turn based combat though that's less of an issue, but the mind set still remains. It's probably why I generally don't play a hunter with a pet, or a druid with animal companions either. Just prefer to be my own thing.
Same here I’d love it if Gunslinger was added to the game.
