Report a translation problem
I think it means a different way... like by ingame decisions... the idea of using respec to change alignment never occured to me, since it is somewhat rumored as game breaking...
1) After respec do a dialogue that includes alligment. Perhaps it needs to "move" even once in order for it to be considered ok
2) If that doesnt work use toybox mod to change your alligment. The "biography" in game treats it as if it was done by dialogue . Perhaps the quest will do as well.
