Shield Focus(Mythic)

Not sure if I am being dumb or its actually broken but Shield Focus (mythic) is supposed to add my shield bonus to touch AC, correct?
It seems to be doing nothing after I got it on Seelah, I tried re-equipping the shield and everything.

No shield touch AC = 19.

I cannot test it right now... but you should check the combat log versus a touch attack to see if the bonus is added there.

(I should be able to test it later today)

crazy somehow this got bumped so long after, cool though that someone figured it out. So it does work, it just doesn't show on the statscreen, ty. (I obviously never tried in combat,i got it on mythic rank 3 and there is no combat for a while so i just loaded and changed)
